MIXING SUGGESTION: EXPRESS TONING: Blend in a 1:2 ratio with 1.9% Welloxon Perfect. This ensures a speedy and dependable toning process for seamlessly blended blonde effects. For both EXPRESS TONING and as a BASE BREAKER: Mix at a 1:2 ratio with 4% Welloxon Perfect. This is perfect for delicately lightening natural colored roots while toning lengths and tips. It also evens out color disparities, leading to top-tier blonde outcomes.
Achieves consistent color equilibrium and subtle variation within just 5 minutes. Produces a radiant, healthily gleaming blonde look. Contains a low amount of ammonia for gentle lightening that effectively counteracts gold reflections. For more potent neutralization of gold/orange reflections, the /86 Ultra Cool Booster can be incorporated. By adding 1-5 g of the Ultra Cool Booster to 30 g of the chosen toner color and mixing at a 1:2 ratio with developer, intensified results can be achieved.
