We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for reasons we deem unacceptable taking into account if the requested product is not available, if the price or the product description on the online store is erroneous or an error in your order.
Terms of Sale
You are subjected to our terms and conditions as soon as you place an order for any products on our website. All orders are subject to confirmation of availability of the order price.
In order to be eligible to place an order with Budget Salon Supplies, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable and recognized by us. Budget Salon Supplies reserve the right to decline any orders we deem unacceptable.
When placing an order you ensure that all details you provide to us are authentic and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost.
After having placed your order, you will receive an email confirming your order. However, please note this will only be an acknowledgement of your order, not an acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the products will only be formed once your payment has been approved and our billing agent has debited your credit or debit card.
Pricing, Product Description and Availability
Errors may occur despite of our utmost effort and trying to ensure all the prices and descriptions on the website are accurate. Should we discover an error in the price of any products which you have ordered, you will be informed of this as soon as possible and given the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it altogether. In the case of us not being able to contact you, the order will be treated as cancelled.
Images have been provided for illustrative and reference purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will mimic true color nor that any images will portray the full design or options relating to that product.
In the case of cancellation of an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund. However, your order cancellation must be finalized before the product has been dispatched. Incurred freight charges will be charged, nonetheless. Such additional fees are displayed were applicable.
Due to our website currently being built, any potential errors in description and pricing of products are accepted and acknowledged by processing of your sale as an agreement. Any issue are dealt with between you and us, the company.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice and include GST. The right to correct website errors is retained.
Payment
We accept payments for orders via credit or debit card. Cash payments are only eligible in store.
After receiving your order, our billing agent carries out a standard pre-authorization check on your credit or debit card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Goods will be dispatched until this check has been completed. Your card will be debited once your payment has been approved.
For all first time customers ordering over $100, Budget Salon Supplies retain the right to request a screenshot of your bank statement to confirm the order belongs to the card holder, and minimize fraud for your security.
