The Sarah K Rio Smoothing Treatment 1Lt is a pigmented treatment indicated for blonde or discoloured hair.
This treatment provides to the hair a smooth and lasting effect, because it acts inside the capillary fiber, therefore realigning, reducing the volume and neutralising yellowish tones.
Sarah K Rio  rebuilds and hydrates deep into the hair, providing intense shine in just one step.
PREPERATIONÂ
1. Wash hair thoroughly with clarifying shampoo twice and leave in each time for 5 minutes.. ( If hair is oily or has a thick build up clarify a 3rd time)
HAIR SHOULD FEEL SQUEAKY
Towel dry the hair 80 % (using two salon towels allows the hair to dry evenly)
APPLICATION
Section hair into 4 parts
Using a tint brush and bowl apply the Sarah K Rio Smoothing Treatment to thin 1 cm sections
If hair is super curly apply product to the frontal hairline first
Once finished applying product to entire head have a last check and reapply to areas that may have dried ?
Let process approximately 30 minutes (Straight to wavy) to 60 minutes(curly to Afro) minutes. Rinse well.
MAGICAL SECTION
Dry the hair to100%
Section hair into 4 parts
Using a professional Straightening iron on 200 degrees for 7 passes (straight to wavy ) up to 230 degrees for 15 passes (curly to Afro) in fine sections. If client has very curly hair with little to no damage and is wanting sleek straight hair  we recommend 20 passes on high heat.
Let hair cool
SUGGESTION :
If the hair is super curly let the hair cool down and give it a last wash with an intense hydrating mask or PH balance Mask. Trim the hair if you feel it needs then finish with a blow dry and style as usual.
Taking this step will also give you a visual on your clients end results.
HOW LONG WILL IT LASTÂ
The length of time all depends on your clients damage, hair type, how often they colour/bleach and how well they look after it with aftercare..
Basically anywhere from 3-6 months is the average ??
