Redken's Power 9 Bonder Inside is an all-in-one bonder and lightener powder designed to provide up to 9 levels of lift. This new formula features built-in bonding technology, helping to break through red, orange, and yellow undertones while protecting the hair from breakage and damage. Now, you can lighten and protect in just one step!

How to Use:
Preparation:
- Mix in a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio for optimal consistency for a variety of applications.
For Balayage and Free Hand Techniques:
- Mix ratio: 1:1 with Pro-Oxide Developer (10, 20, 30, 40 volume maximum).
For Highlights in Foils:
- Mix ratio: 1:1-1.5 with Pro-Oxide Developer (10, 20, 30, 40 volume maximum).
For On-Scalp Applications:
- Mix ratio: 1:2 with Pro-Oxide Developer (10, 20, 30 volume; do not use 40 volume).
Application and Rinsing:
- Wear suitable disposable gloves.
- Mix in a non-metallic bowl.
- Do not let product run onto scalp.
- Avoid metallic tools like clips or combs.
- Rinse well after development time.
For Off and On Scalp Applications:
- When performing highlights with foil application, exclusively use Aluminum Foils (SOFT ALLOY 8079, 20um or SOFT ALLOY 1200, 18um).

Potassium Persulfate, Sodium Metasilicate, Ammonium Persulfate, Magnesium Carbonate Hydroxide, Sodium Silicate, Paraffinum Liquidum (Mineral Oil), Citric Acid, Sodium Stearate, Urea, Glycine, Cyamopsis Tetragonoloba Gum (Guar Gum), Disodium EDTA, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, CI 77007 (Ultramarines), Aqua/Water/Eau.
